I'm reading "The House by the Side of the Road" by Sam Walter Foss. The House by the Side of the Road There are hermit souls that live withdrawn In the place of their self-content; There are souls like stars, that dwell apart, In a fellowless firmament; There are pioneer souls that blaze the paths Where highways never ran- But let me live by the side of the road And be a friend to man. It was already late enough, and a wild night, and the road full of fallen branches and stones. But little by little, as you left their voices behind, the stars began to burn

Thanks for the watch. Love your icon.

I always wanted to go to Portland when I lived in Seattle, because people in Seattle always talk about Portland like it was the most ideal place on Earth. Is it true?
